Well, you would know if you remember his stint inJoseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoatin the 1990s. But, still, last night theThis Morningpresenter got involved in the musical finale ofSaturday Night Takeaway, arranged in honour of composer Andrew Lloyd Webber's 70th birthday later in March.
Ant and Dec brought in a number of special guests to help them with a show-stopping 'End of the Show Show', performing some of the ALW's most-loved numbers.
However, it was the final song that left viewers' heads spinning more than a talking gopher as Schof knocked it out of the park with his rendition of Any Dream Will Do from musicalJoseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat.
Fans of Phil were so shocked that they couldn't believe what they had just witnessed, with some even rewinding it multiple times to convince themselves it actually happened.
In truth, though, as we said, Schof's rendition shouldn't have been that surprising. He's actually starred in the musical before, playing Joseph in a West End staging of the production way back in 1991.
Dressed in Joseph's famous outfit from the show, Phil's belting performance blew people away, even impressing Lloyd Webber himself, who chose to make him a West End star over poor Ant and Dec. High praise indeed.
Schof wasn't the only one trying to impress Lloyd Webber with his skills as Joseph. The performance also saw X Factor winner Joe McElderry and guest announcer James Corden singing as the character.
The 'End of the Show Show' also featured the cast of theSchool of Rockmusical, Strictly Come Dancing winner Alexandra Burke singing a song fromCatsand a number fromPhantom of the Opera.

Still, it was Phil who took the roof off, and stunned Saturday night telly watchers took to Twitter to sing their praises to the presenter.
One viewer said: "Just screamed at the telly, got goosebumps & cried at Phillip Schofield appearing for the Joseph tribute."
Another said: "OMG!! Philip Schofield - Joseph!!! Goose bumps. Had to rewind it 5 times - loved it!!!"
A third said: "Phillip Schofield on saturday night takeaway??? and can sing??? why am i only just finding this out"
Who knew that Schofe had it in him? Maybe he should bust out his singing voice more often.
