Andrew Tate's house arrest has been extended

A court in Romania has extended Andrew Tate's house arrest for another 30 days.

The move comes after the influencer was moved from custody to house arrest last month.

Both brothers were held in custody until just last month, when they were place under house arrest instead.

Official charges have not yet been brought against Andrew, Tristan, or the two Romanian women who were arrested with them.

The brothers have denied the allegations made against them.

This extension to Andrew and Tristan's house arrest means they'll be stuck in their homes until at least 29 May.

It has not yet been reported whether or not the Tate brothers' associates will also have their house arrest extended.

Andrew Tate has made quite a name for himself online, earning millions of followers by repeatedly posting controversial and, often times, misogynistic opinions.

Previous clips from Tate have seen him state that he believes women are men's 'property' and compared being in a relationship with a woman to 'training a dog'.

So far, under house arrest, Andrew Tate doesn't seem to be doing so well.

Then there's the confusing tweets he has been sharing with his followers.

Like: "Since last year ive been in 24 hour lockdown. No yard time.

"Pacing a 3metre cell with zero electronics or outside contact. Absolute clarity of mind. Real thoughts. Real plans.

"Vivid pain. One hour home and I cant stand my phone.

"Some habits die hard. We must defeat Shaytan."

And, of course, there was the video he decided to make for Greta Thunberg this week.

Yeah, he's still not over his beef with her.

So... all seems well here, right?
