Police in the United States have arrestedBam Margeraover an alleged domestic violence incident.
The embattledJackassstar has been accused of 'kicking a woman'.
The San Diego Country Sheriff's Department has toldTMZhe was taken into custody last week on Thursday (March 2).
Authorities arrived at a home in Escondido, California early in the morning at 5:30.
They were called on reports of a domestic dispute,TMZreports.
The unnamed woman reportedly told officers she was kicked by Margera and he was put in handcuffs.
The 43-year-old was taken to the Vista Detention Facility on a 'charge of corporal injury on a current or former spouse, cohabitant, dating partner or fellow parent'.
Bail was set at $50,000 and Margera paid it the day after his arrest and was subsequently released from detention.
No charges have yet been filed.
The District Attorney's office will only file charges 'when they believe they can prove them beyond a reasonable doubt'.
