UK spot named world’s favourite nightclub

A UK spot has been named the world’s favourite nightclub, beating iconic venues like Ibiza’s Pasha and even Berghain in Berlin.

Whether it’s aMiamisuperclub or the vibrant Zante strip, manyBritsare more than happy to jet off across the globe if it means they’ll get agood night out.

Yep, so committed are they to the clubbing cause, that they’ll happily hop on a plane toPraguefor their mate’s stag do... even if it practically bankrupts them in the process.

However, it turns out the best spot may actually be closer to home than they realised – which, obviously, is good news for the wallet.

DJ Tech Reviews collated a list of the world’s most loved venues, taking a ‘deep dive’ into theglobal music sceneto find out clubbers’ favourite hotspots.

Analysing a variety of data including Instagram hashtags, TikTok hashtags, social media following, Google reviews and searches, the music outlet pulled together the ‘top favourite venues’ across the world – and the results may come as a bit of a surprise to some of you.

The top 10 features a few well-known names on the international clubbing circuit, including some Ibiza staples like Ushuaïa and Pacha.

But the number one club is actually in the UK – and no, it isn’t in London, either.

While Ushuaïa was the most popular club on TikTok and Omnia in Vegas was the most popular club over on Insta, the place that took the overall crown was The Warehouse Project in Manchester.

It came out with a total score of 8.31 out of 10, making it the most loved club not just in the UK, but the WORLD!

DJ Tech Reviews explained: “Once again, The Warehouse Project grabs first place as one of the most loved DJ clubs in the world with an overall score of 8.31.

“Building its foundations as a club, this popular venue has played host to a number of internationally acclaimed DJs including Carl Cox, Annie Mac, and Jamie XX, Peggy Gou as well as musicians such as Happy Mondays, The Prodigy and Disclosure.

“Its season usually runs from September through to New Year’s Day, with some events taking place on Bank Holidays. The most recent off-season event will be Folamour on the 31st of March.”

The second most loved club is also in the UK, with Printworks in London receiving a respectable 8.27 out of 10.

In third spot was Ushuaïa on the Spanish party island of Ibiza, with a score of 7.5 out of 10.
